    Job Role : Driver, Experience : Mid-level

    Pro:

    - Has noble goals of transforming drivers into entrepreneurs.
    - Presents a unique business proposition for drivers

    Con:

    - Company employees do not share the same goal as the top management
    - Not a fool proof plan presented to drivers and expecting them to do business development and loading unloading and bear a lot of expenses making it difficult for any consultant to convince anyone to join.

  • Co-ordination Issues

    Job Role : Driver, Experience : Entry-level

    Pro:

    - Have city offices and regional POCs are available

    Con:

    - Random Job Role. Expect the driver to pay for the fuel.
    - Multiple deductions in salary.
    - The job description changes from one city to another.
    - Joining of candidates is delayed a lot.
