    - In terms of coordination, they are quick and easy to reach
    - Big brand company, so easy to poach candidate's interest

    Con:

    - Their mandates of a particular requirements is too tough and hard to find
    - For eg: They want 4 years experience and currently employed but should join on immediate basis which is not possible
    - Every candidates needs to serve notice period to get the experience letter and FnF
